Full Service Design Process

This is when our designers step foot in the space that is being addressed. At this time they can see the space in real time while taking into consideration the layout, lighting, existing pieces, and functionality of the space. Here, they will discuss the aspects of the project including the client’s vision based on what he or she wants and needs.

Our designers get to work on resourcing appropriate pieces based on the initial appointment with the client. These pieces can include furniture, fabrics, paint color, lighting, artwork, flooring, window coverings, and accessories. It is important that these pieces contribute to how the client wants their home to look, feel and function.

Once the designers have put the appropriate amount of work into their project to ensure that every detail has been addressed, they will then schedule their client to come into Feifers for a design presentation. This is an exciting time for both the designers and the client because it provides a visual of what the project will be. During the meeting, the overview of the project will be discussed piece by piece. Several samples will be provided so the client can see and touch the product material in person. Questions will be answered and lead times discussed.

Feifers manages every aspect of the project including custom designs, piece ordering, communication with vendors, follow ups with manufacturing details and stock inquiries. Feifers ensures that the project delivers accurate lead times by coordinating communications between all persons involved in the project.

Feifers coordinates the receiving of all goods involved in a project. Once a majority of the goods have been received, a delivery date is scheduled for installation. On the day of installation, the designers are there on site to receive and direct the placement of all goods. Our delivery service is professional white glove, clean and dependable.
